Camp Rules is one of the funniest premises on Candy Shorts. A husband and his wife Diana reserve what he believes is a peaceful family campsite beside a lake. The comedy comes from that slow dawning and from the escalating situations the camp’s traditions keep putting him in.
Setting
Lakeside cabins, campfires, canoes and pine trees give the series a refreshing look compared with the many titles set in suburban kitchens. The outdoor setting also gives every episode a new location, from the jetty to the communal fire pit, which keeps the story moving.
Mood
