Financial pressure · Triangle · Comic
Behind on Rent is a landlord story with a double deal. Three months in arrears, Jake settles his debt with his gorgeous landlady in an unconventional way. Then her equally striking grown-up child, who shares the house, wants the same arrangement, and Jake is caught between the woman who holds his lease and the one who holds his secret. Five AI-made episodes.
Behind on Rent episodes
The opening 2 play at no cost on Candy, roughly sixty seconds apiece. Episodes 3–5 sit behind Premium.
The debt
Broke and out of excuses, Jake faces eviction. His landlady proposes an alternative, and he agrees.
A second deal
The arrangement becomes complicated when another member of the household discovers it and demands her own terms. Jake has to keep both women satisfied and each secret from the other.
Why it works
Financial pressure gives Jake a reason to agree, and the second deal adds comic complications.
Mood
Cheeky and tangled, on our MILF shelf and in Roommates & Neighbors. Every character is a grown adult.

Roommates & Neighbors
Thin walls, shared keys, open blinds.
Some of Candy's most playful series need nothing more than an address: a shared apartment, a spare room for rent, a neighbor across the hall who keeps needing help at 3 a.m. These 12 titles are built on proximity, and here is every one.

MILF
Experienced, in charge, and never asking twice.
MILF is Candy's second-biggest genre and its most varied: bosses, trainers, in-laws, neighbors and star doubles all live here. What they share is a woman who knows precisely what she is after and a man who takes a few episodes to catch up. This page lists every one and points you to the best starting places.
